at this point you’ve probably spent years, trying everything in your power to stop binge eating & transform the relationship with your body.

here’s why it’s likely it hasn’t

  • You’ve only been working cognitively, trying to change your behaviours through mindset, when in fact the relationship that you have with food & your body arrives from your physiology. What that means is, we HAVE to incorporate the body and your somatic experience in order to transform.

  • Binge eating developed as a way for you to find safety when your body entered into a survival response. Until you discover all of the other places that your body can find and feel safe in, it will reflexively turn towards food.

  • You’re trying to stop binge eating and trying to love yourself through affirmation & willpower. Neither have them have any strength over your survival responses, so it’s key, that you work to find safety within your body, so that you’re not living in a chronic state of survival.

  • You’re trying too hard. You’re forcing, pushing, searching and trying to find the answer to end the binge eating. In that process, additional survival energy is being created, which is actually causing the further need to binge. Discovering how to find safety in leaning back and stopping the trying, will actually move you in the direction you desire.

  • 3 months : £1200

  • My love, I feel that you already know that this may be one of the very reasons that you need and want to engage in this work is to give time to you. This is created with overwhelmed and overworked bodies and systems in mind so know that everything you will receive here, will be supporting and eliminating any sense of overwhelm.

    Actually, the very essence of what heals trauma is doing less - so you’ll be surprised at how ‘little’ time you’ll have to commit outside of our 60 min session.

  • You will discover how to meet yourself where you are at this very moment. You will discover how to be the grounding support for yourself that you’ve been longing for. You will learn about the workings of your nervous system and how that can empower how you move through life. You will be able to notice the current state of your nervous system and consciously choose ways to support yourself into moving from a place of dysregulation and disconnection into safety and connection. You will discover how to feel safe in your body and turn towards new resources instead of food. You will learn how to feel safe to dissolve the rigid rules & restrictions around food.
    You will learn that who you’ve been believing yourself to be, is in fact not who you are at all <3

  • Somatic comes from the Greek word Soma, which means ‘of the body’ or ‘the living body’. So, through inquiring into the soma (the living body) we are able to explore what exists within us.

    Including the relationship between our bodies and the world we live in and how we inhabit and exist in both. We can uncover information around our habits, self belief, self image, decisions we make, behaviours we engage in and our neurological patterning. Somatic exploration offers us a space to come into our embodiment with curiosity, to sense, feel and be with what arises within us moment to moment.

  • We meet once a week, for 3 weeks and then have one week integration where you do not have a live session but still have all of the outside support.

    Our sessions are 60 minutes.

    You have access to me via Telegram from Mon - Friday 10am - 4pm (UK)

  • I don’t work with anyone who I feel I can’t support - that is not my jam and I will let you know that on our first point of connection.

    The work that I offer works.

    However, it is your sole responsibility to engage with and do the work. I know that that's where so many people find it challenging - and that’s also why I place a lot of focus on tending to your response-ability and your holding space for yourself. When you learn how to hold space for yourself and all that’s present you begin to be able to engage with and continue with those things that really provide you with support.
