Hey, I’m Alex …

Welcome to my world !

I’m a Somatic Therapist / Embodiment Practitioner and I have supported many humans, just like you to find safety within themselves so they can end the cycle of binge eating and body shaming and arrive into a relationship that feels like freedom!

Apart from a short stint working in TV production in my early 20s, I’ve always been an embodiment practitioner - starting in massage and bodywork, meditation, breathwork and further studies and training into trauma and somatic work.

I came to this work through my long, personal battle with binge eating and body shame. I spent years trying EVERYTHING to try and feel better. It wasn’t until I found somatic work, that things really shifted and shifted for good. And that’s why I’m here now, sharing this work with you.

It has become my mission to support those struggling with binge eating to have access to the right support that’s needed to truly change the relationship with food and body.

I found my food and body freedom and it transformed my entire life for the good.

Now I’m here to share it with you.
