This is an open practice where I guide the session in the direction of what you, the community, brings into the space.

Bring your questions, curiosities, nerves, fears celebrations and everything in between. I’ll hold and guide a live practice where we explore what’s relevant and alive in the room with us that day.

HI, I’M ALEX

I’M HERE TO SHOW YOU WHAT’S ACTUALLY NEEDED TO CREATE AN EMPOWERING RELATIONSHIP WITH FOOD AND YOUR BODY.

My healing journey began early in my life, when I began suffering with eating disorders and anxiety after the death of my dad at 15-years-old. The process I take my clients through mirrors what I’ve learnt and experienced, which is why I’m so committed to spreading the message that feeling safe and fully expressed in your body IS possible.

I’m here as a guide for women who are no longer willing to live lives of anxiety, overwork, people-pleasing and lack of intimacy and instead want a life filled with connection, presence & pleasure.  

Unresolved trauma was keeping me from a peaceful relationship with my body and therefore my food, work, relationships and life on the whole. As I healed and experienced this world through a lens of connection, I dedicated myself to helping brave beings reconnect with and trust their bodies so they can feel free to be their raw, unedited version of themselves.

Thank you for being here - I’m looking forward to getting to know you a little more in these free monthly sessions.

 FAQ’s

  • Every session will be different because of the live, community centred element, however the format will always run the same …

    • We begin with a grounding practice to welcome and arrive into the space.

    • We then move into ‘Following the thread’ The group will be asked to post any questions, current themes or experiences in the chat. I’ll then go on to follow a familiar thread/recurring theme that I feel alive in the group which I will then open into a teaching, discussion and somatic exploration / practice

    • There will be space for Q&A and direct guidance from me

    • We will close the space together.

  • Yes, absolutely, please do. This is an open space for everybody.

    If you are new to somatic work, I would encourage you to take a look at this resource, which is a 5 day series:

    Befriend Your Nervous System & Transform Your Relationship with Food & Your Body.

    It will offer you some education into the reasons why we work with the body and give you some foundational knowledge and experience before joining. the group.

    It’s not a requirement but highly encouraged.

  • Of course you can, feel free to drop in to any of the dates that you can make.

  • Not at all. I encourage you to do exactly what feels right and supportive to you.

  • You do have the opportunity to ask me a question and I can guide you directly in the group, however this is not a space for deep 1:1 work and if that’s what you are looking for, please book a connection call with me here.
