Ever wondered how I went from being afraid to show my body & consumed with worry about food to feeling so confident in my naked skin & finding complete pleasure around food?

For the first time EVER I’m bringing you Behind the Scenes with me to find out exactly what I do daily tO resource and nourish myself into maintaining a healthy relationship with food, my body & exercise.

What inspired this …

I know first hand what it feels like to think everyone else must have something I don’t that makes them be able to be so flexible and unbothered with food and the relationship to their body.

Until I realised that I wasn’t missing anything and nothing was ‘missing’,

I simply needed my find my own fullness.

So for the first time I’m taking you on a journey to learn how you can resource yourself back to this fullness by sharing some of the tools I use on the regular.

I know, through my own discovery of how I learn, it’s r really helpful to have examples and inspiration of ‘in real time’ ways to implement and integrate healing practices and tools things into your life.

I found that I was often using practices in a very separate way from the rest of my life.

It’s like the morning was the holy grail for self practice and once 8.30am hit, everything went out of the window. The anxiety rushed back in along with the guilt because I didn’t exercise that morning.

What i’ve come to discover is in fact, 1, 2 even 3 hour practices in the morning are gorgeous, but they hold little power over in moment support when our nervous systems are dysregulated.

If we get triggered, when our bodies enter into survival, they need support NOW and to be honest, our body doesn’t give a fuck if we chanted ‘Om’ for 30 minutes that morning, if it doesn’t feel safe, it will go to the places it knows for safety (hello food).

So, this is for those of you, who believe there is something ‘missing’ and with similar brains to mine, who like to see how sometimes abstract ideas can ACTUALLY be integrated into life.
